VELOCIRAPTOR TATTOO / WINTER TATTOOLAPALOOZA

Just got back from another trip down in beautiful Miami Florida for the 1st Winter Tattoolapalooza. It was a great time and I got to see some old friends and make some new ones. Most importantly I got to start a few bigger pieces. I did get to finish a fun Velociraptor tattoo that I’m hoping we can add on to down the line when I’m back in Miami. I have two more trips down there this year. I hope I have as much fun at them as I did at this one. Thanks to Mickey, Frank, & Christa for always making Tattoolapalooza such a great time.

CARDINAL & CLOCK TOWER TATTOO

I’ve only been in Richmond for a year and a half now, but I definitely love this city. That’s why I was really excited to be asked to bring Scott’s idea to life. He wanted a tattoo of a famous landmark in Richmond, the Main Street Station clock tower. We also added a couple cardinals because it’s Virginia’s State Bird. I thought that added a great touch. THE SKULLCRAB QUEEN TATTOO

I painted this with the intention of putting it in Ron Russo’s ” Art Of The Dead  ” show. Unfortunately I didn’t really pay attention to the deadline, so I missed out. Maybe next year or if I’m lucky I can get it in another show. I painted it with Acrylic and it’s 11×14.
